Who is ChurnGuard for?

What happens in the 14-day trial?

Checkout starts a 14-day free trial on Starter or Growth. You are not charged until that trial ends.

Do you store card numbers?

No. Card updates happen in Stripe Billing Portal or with a Stripe SetupIntent. ChurnGuard stores the connected-account token and the recovery case, not PAN data.

Which Stripe events do you need?

invoice.payment_failed, invoice.paid, customer.subscription.updated, and customer.subscription.deleted, sent from connected accounts to your ChurnGuard webhook.

Can I change the emails and the save offers?

Yes. The dunning sequence (delays, subjects, bodies, and retry hours) and the cancel survey offers (coupon, pause, downgrade) are edited in the app.

How does your own billing work?

ChurnGuard is billed through Lemon Squeezy. Checkout links and the webhook secret come from environment variables. The webhook activates Starter or Growth on your workspace.
